MANUFACTURER'S EQUIPMENT WARRANTY

  • Sullair Warranty – Sullair rotary screw air compressor have Ten (10) years, Five (5) years and Two (2) years manufacturer’s warranty on the air end, and 1 year warranty on all other parts except for the consumables. These warranties are given by the manufacturer as stated in our brochures, literature and quotations, unlike other competitors whose warranty has a maximum of one (1) year and are extended by their local distributor and not by their manufacturers. This should be accompanied by an international warranty card accepted by the principal manufacturer. Only Sullair provides customers with 10-year warranty and has kept it for 35 years. It will keep going.   
     
  • FS-Elliott Warranty – FSE air compressors have a standard Air End Warranty of  Two (2) years calculated from initial start-up date and Five (5) Years extended warranty, when it is operated using the Turbo-Blue FS-Elliott Corona series engineered lubricant.
     
  • AF Compressors Warranty – AF compressors have one (1) year warranty which starts upon commissioning of the machine. Any parts considered as defective will be replaced free of charge. The normal wearing parts are not under warranty. During the warranty period, the customer will be bound to fully comply with the maintenance manual and to use original AF parts only for any maintenance or repair works.

 

AFTER-MARKET SALES SERVICE
As PTI’s commitment to many of our customers, we provide Free Services such as monthly inspection and preventive maintenance LIFETIME (LABOR ONLY) as long as you purchased original Sullair, AF, and FS Elliot Spare parts from Pneumatic Technologies, Inc. This will preempt any major breakdowns on your compressor unit. Our service men are available 24/7 with PTI customer hotline.

 

LIFETIME MONTHLY INSPECTION
Monthly Inspection for a period of LIFETIME as per attached scope of work from the date unit was commissioned.

 

LIFETIME PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Preventive Maintenance (labor only) for a period of LIFETIME as per attached scope of work from the date unit was commissioned.

 

AIR CARE SEMINAR AND TRAINING
PTI provides training for the owners, engineers and operators for operation, maintenance and technical updates on air compressor machines free of charge.

 

GENUINE SPARE PARTS
In buying the Sullair Air Compressor, we will assure you that all consumable and wearable spare parts are always available. The prices of our spare parts are very competitive and available. It has a ninety (90) days backup warranty and Sullair will provide a certificate of Original spare parts that you purchased.

 

START-UP AND COMMISSIONING
The start-up and commissioning shall be performed by qualified personnel of our company, Pneumatic Technologies, Inc.

 

TURN-KEY CONTRACTS
PTI provides design and installation for turn-key contracts.

 

INSTALLATION OF PARTS SUPPLIED
Genuine parts supplied by PTI will be installed by a qualified personnel of PTI, free of charge.

 

AIR AUDIT
Data loggers and air end evaluation- trend tracker, free of charge.

 

AIR END EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Minimizes downtime and avoids long and costly field repairs that tie up valuable maintenance personnel. This will rebate your old air ends for new air end units with less additional cost.

PTI also have the capability to cater aftermarket sales (30 to 40% lower costs) and services (Free of Charge) of other brands of air compressors like Atlas Copco, Adekom, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Etc…
